HOW TO CHANGE YOUR NEGATIVE HABIT TO POSITIVE HABITS

Image
Habits can be changed if we are determined and ready to grow. They may feel like a part of us, but with intention and patience, they can be transformed. Here are some practical steps to help you make that change: 1. Know Your Habits   Knowing yourself starts with knowing your habits. These are the things you do knowingly or unknowingly. Observe and study yourself. Take note of what you're capable of doing and what people often associate with you. It’s a gradual process, but it’s worth it. Self-awareness takes time, so be patient as you discover more about yourself. 2. Identify the Negative Habits What are those habits that make you feel embarrassed or uncomfortable? Start by writing them down. Look for the patterns that aren’t healthy or helpful. Ask yourself: "What are those habits people keep correcting me about?" or "What are the things I do that don’t feel right?" For example, if you have a habit of raising your voice when it's unnecessary, that’s some...

GROW IN GOD:How to grow more in God

Image
Growth is a natural process .   We often hear compliments about how mature we’ve become, and we see ourselves evolving with time. But growth is not only about physical changes—like height or age—or even just about how differently we think. Real growth happens in our spirit.   It’s about moving from spiritual infancy into maturity in our walk with Christ. When we don’t grow spiritually, we tend to overlook important areas of our lives that need God’s attention. Just as our physical bodies need good food, our spiritual lives need the right nourishment to flourish. When we constantly take in negative, worldly content, it becomes harmful to our spiritual health. Romans 12:2 (ERV) says:   “ Don’t change yourselves to be like the people of this world, but let God change you inside with a new way of thinking. Then you will be able to understand and accept what God wants for you. You will be able to know what is good and pleasing to him and what is perfect.”...

APRIL MUST BE BETTER

"It’s Either You Give Up or You Endure." Sometimes, what we want is right in front of us, but we don't know how to reach it. We may even know how to get there, but the path is not always easy. What we need is a mindset that is determined, focused, and consistent*. If your mindset is filled with thoughts like, “ It’s hard,” “I can’t do it,” “I don’t have the time,” or “I’m not good enough ,”then achieving anything becomes almost impossible. Now ask yourself: - What are my dreams? - What steps am I taking toward them? - What can I do consistently to make my dreams come true? You need to be true to yourself and know what you actually want. You cannot keep settling for less when your dreams and purpose are slowly dying. You have to do something. Start doing something consistently. Don’t allow the distractions around you to drain your energy. Your dreams, your purpose, and your goals are more important than anything else. That’s why I’ve prepared something for you. Introduci...
